Ride Beyond Limits.

Paranoia Team connects international riders to the most authentic endurance experiences across the Pampas of Brazil and Uruguay.

More Than a Team.
A Tradition.

Paranoia Team was born from a deep respect for the Criollo horse and the endurance culture of the South American Pampas.

We are riders, breeders, and endurance specialists committed to preserving tradition while opening the doors to international competitors who seek a true challenge.

Our mission is simple:

To offer a world-class endurance experience without losing the authenticity of the Gaucho spirit.

Where Endurance
Meets Culture

We believe endurance riding is not only about distance.

It is about resilience.

Preparation.

Partnership between horse and rider.

And respect for heritage.

Every rider who joins Paranoia Team becomes part of a living tradition — riding under the same rules, conditions and values as local competitors.

Adriana Pires Neves

Veterinarian

Adriana is a veterinarian, University professor and a PhD in the field of equine reproduction. She has been addicted to endurance since 2014. So far, she has raced distances of 20km to 100km (FEI*) in three states of Brazil, always being placed. She completed her first Marcha in Aceguá (2018), arriving 18th among 64 competitors, with her horse Paranoia; in 2019, at the FICCC Marcha, was 9th with Buena Sorte. Notice that on both occasions the animals were running their first Marchas! In 2022 Adriana completed the Marcha sharing the mount of Bolicheiro with Henrique. And she rode Almirante in 2024 to 3rd place among geldings. Again, with Bolicheiro 2025 for a third place in gelding category! Adriana is the founder of Paranoia Team and has the will to introduce the Marcha in the international long-distance race scene.

Sergio Ivan dos Santos

Team Manager

Sergio is one of the team managers, a mechanical engineer with PhD in materials. After some years teaching at the university, he is also into horses but with a very important role: ground crew and administration of the riders and horses. And last but not least, he is also Adriana´s husband.

Hebe Webber

Experienced Guide

Australian born, Hebe is an experienced guide who has welcomed guests on horseback in locations such as the pampas of Argentina, Chilean Patagonia, the New Zealand Alps and the Blue Mountains region of Australia.

She has worked personally with gauchos, employed alongside them as the only woman and English speaker. This experience and previous training as a veterinary nurse, saw her managing a team of 120 horses for a riding holiday business in 2023.

Hebe has competed in & supported endurance events in southern Chile and has a special interest in long distance pack horse trips, having completed an expedition across central Guatemala in 2019.

Her love for Brazil first began in 2018, where she spent 3 months getting to know the country. Since then she has returned many times, drawn by its people, landscapes and of course, its horses.

Rogerio Kummer (Lelo)

Farm Administrator

Lelo is a farm administrator who has a long history in the Criollo endurance scene. He started his career back in 2005, winning all categories championships (30, 50 and 80km). Later, as a breeder, has had the same success, breeding horses that won all the categories, and Buena Sorte, Ferrari and Paranoia (in memoriam), three finalists of the Marcha. His stud was chosen as “Cabanha do Ano” (best breeder of year) in 2012. He is also a great mentor and trainer, fostering many young people into the sport, including his three sons.
